Blue Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hi everybody!

So recently I've been reading LOTS of cupcake and baking blogs. I love reading anyways, but finding new and exciting recipes always gets my blood flowing. Anyways, I found this recipe for blue red chocolate chip cookies on , and though they were a really cool idea.  Then, when working with a client for an upcoming bar-mitzvah, and they asked me for blue chocolate chip cookies with white chocolate chips, which I thought was a great idea. So, I substituted the dark chocolate chips for white ones, and they tasted great! Now I make pink ones for Valentine's day, green one's for Saint Patrick's day, and purple for baby showers and fun parties. You can get them at my store, Claire Bear's Bakery in or you can make them for yourselves here:

These ones were made with white chocolate chips
